
The English spring meets the Caribbean summer in a most wonderful of creations from Project #173. The flavour fanatics took a core of quality rum and treated it to an infusion of natural flavours, resulting in a sweet, sour, and tangy Raspberry Rum. Add cola and this will shine.

I think somebody stuck an actual raspberry in my bottle. The clarity of that aroma is lovely, all that fragrant, sweet, and slightly sour flavours are present. There's also a little tropical fruit, liquorice, peppery spice, and toffee apple.
The palate is more like raspberry jam, stickier and thicker but not cloying with its sweetness. There's a helping of Liquorice allsorts, cardamom, and toasted brown sugar.
