Specifically for this expression, the quality core of rum has teamed up with black cherry to create a full-flavoured spirit bursting with tangy, vibrant fruit notes. It's naturally flavoured to bring across authentic cherry elements, so expect a drink that will most certainly do very well with cola, as well as being more than suitable for sipping over ice or in a cocktail.

Blackcurrant, cough drops, a little pinch of cinnamon, marzipan, mango, and just a waft of spring blossom.
Cherry Bakewells, brown sugar, more festive spices, a smidge of vanilla pod earthiness building, amaretti biscuits.
Softly tannic, with ripe cherry and spiced fruit compote notes.

I make my own cherry brandy by steeping dark cherries in errr brandy, and get both a nice drink and wonderful dessert after 6 months waiting, but this bottle got my interest so bought one for a change while waiting for it to be ready, and have to say it's real moreish, so i'm having to show a little restraint lol. I dont do cocktail's, just neat spirits, but would imagine it does that well also, and at £20 a bottle you wont regret it.
