
From the mountains of Oaxaca in Mexico, here we have an aged expression of Paranubes Rum! Produced from freshly pressed sugar cane, grown on the farm of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera, which is wild fermented before distillation. This Añejo expression spends a period of 18 months in French oak, imparting a fabulous caramel vanilla character. Great for sipping and for some punchy rum cocktails!
Fresh cane juice, sweet and gently vegetal, a touch of dried peach, silky butterscotch, and delicate wafts of oaky vanilla.
