This spiced rum was inspired by the Old Dock in Liverpool, which was opened in 1716 but closed in 1826. Packing notes of vanilla, orange, tea, ginger, cardamom and a touch of smoke, this should be suitable for sipping neat or over ice, though we're sure you'll find some good uses for it in cocktails, too...
Honey, orange cake, subtle herbaceous notes leading to a softly savoury hint of charred oak.

Nice well balanced taste to the pallet
This is gorgeous.. smooth smoky with a hint of treacle and tea on the tongue and follow through. This is a rum to sit with and savour, listening to blues on a hazy summer evening.
What a boss rum!! Love it!!....you need to stock the Pineapple dark rum too though which is equally impressive!
Got some today in Ormskirk I can’t recommend it highly enough. Worth paying a bit extra for
Smooth and lived up to its description. I would have given it five stars but if there was a better spiced rum, there would be no way to rate it.
