The rum is distilled in Yorkshire and aged in English oak, with the addition of locally harvested heather and honey. Other botanicals from further afield are also added, with Madagascan vanilla, cinnamon, orange peel and clove.
Oaky vanilla and notes of tobacco lead into spices and heather honey, with lingering clove-studded orange.

Bought a couple of weeks ago, not a massive fan of overly sweet rum but was really pleased. Clove comes through nicely will definitely buy again
