For this fruity expression, Jamaica Cove decided to infuse its blend of pot and column still rums with banana! We reckon a splash of ginger beer would do well to temper the tropical fruity sweetness in this one.
Ripe, caramelised banana, lifted by a dash of citrus and helping of brown sugar.
Very smooth rum that is only gorgeous with diet coke and lime, where the banana taste really thrives. Liked so much I bought a few more bottles. Now my go-to rum.
