Another excellent release in Foursquare's Exceptional Cask Selection series, dubbed Indelible! This excellent rum from the brilliant Barbados-based distillery has enjoyed its maturation in a lip-smacking combo of ex-bourbon and Californian Zinfandel wine casks. Not a common combination of casks, but one that has produced a decidedly delicious expression, with red fruit notes aplenty, marrying wonderfully with the well-rounded vanilla and oak spices.
