This white Cornish rum is named after the patron saint of Cornwall, St Piran! He discovered tin, so he's also the patron saint of tin-miners. Anyway, this tipple is distilled over in Cornwall and blended with Cornish water at Treguddick Manor. Suitable for sipping neat or over ice, this one.
Fairly treacle-y, with sweet raisin and caramel, fresh coconut, liquorice and tropical fruit, with a dry peppery finish.
