Here we have the delicious 3 Year Old rum from Doorly's, though this expression here has been bottled at the higher strength of 47% ABV. The white rum is aged and then filtered to remove the hue, but none of the flavour - meaning it's packed full of tropical fruit and subtle oak warmth. Great for cocktails and the like.
Sweet, ripe pineapple and banana, with fresh coconut and cut grass sweetness.
Just got it. Tried it in a daiquiri and it must be one of the best daiquiris I've had. And I've had a few. Recommended.
This drink is dangerous in a Daqeri. It is subtle and lively.
