Agricole rhum, made from cane juice as opposed to molasses, from Martinique (which has a great flag) bottled by Compagnie Des Indes after 13 years in a single French oak barrel. It comes from Dillion distillery, named after Count Arthur Dillon.
Dried apricot, vanilla, black pepper and grassy bass notes.
Spiced and herbal, caramel, redcurrant and a little anise.
Dark spices and hints of florals.
