
A generously aged rum from Columbia's Dictador distillery, selected by master blender Hernan Parra. Distilled in 1998, the rum was filled into American oak, before finishing its 24-year maturation in a sherry cask.
Freshly roasted coffee, toasted malted brown bread smothered with raspberry jam. Some rhubarb notes and a hint of cardamom spice.
Soft coffee notes on the palate backed with ginger syrup, some black liquorice powder and a note of vanilla. Oak spices are there, too with a good note of rich red fruits.
All red fruits and liquorice laces.
