Selected by Dictador's master blender Hernan Parra, this 2005 vintage rum spent 17 years maturing in an American oak cask before bottling. A top-notch sipping rum from the legendary Columbian producer.
Tobacco and leather, backed with cumin and oak spices. There are notes of red berries and figs, with some dates and quince jelly. An undertone of ripe pineapple.
A sweet yet nutty start with caramelised almonds, sweet oak, dusty notes of old leather and some hints of gingerbread.
Slightly bitter orange, with notes of allspice.
