A superb single cask Guyanese rum from Diamond Distillery. It was distilled 2011 on the Port Mourant wooden pot still and enjoyed five years of tropical maturation before being shipped to Scotland to finish out the rest of its 10 year maturation period, including a 75 day finish in a red wine octave. An very limited outturn of only 106 bottles.
