The Cornish Rock folks have taken some tropical inspiration for this flavoured rum, as it features the delicious combo of mango and passion fruit, along with Cornish spring water! Zesty and sweet, with mellow notes of rum keeping everything grounded, this expression is perfect for enjoying over ice or in some dazzling cocktails.
Caramel, lemon, juicy mango, vanilla pod, a bittersweet hint of passion fruit lingering.
Not normally being a fan of either rum, or flavoured spirits, I was both surprised and delighted to find myself absolutely adoring this wonderful rum which slips down very easily as an early evening treat. Enjoyed mostly whilst watching "Death in paradise" or at any time really
