It's the seventh edition of Boulet de Canon from Compagnie des Indes, made to evoke the smell of gunpowder as a nod to the British Navy! Aged in bourbon casks, the spiced rum has also been infused with smoked Japanese dates, cloves, pink pepper and guaiac wood (which is often used in the perfume industry). Subtly smoky and wonderfully toasty!
