Cockspur XO Rum
This Bajan rum features a blend of spirit aged in bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, selected by the master blender. It was bottled at 43% ABV and each batch is limited to only 100 casks.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Ground cinnamon and clove then orange peel, sweet vanilla and a juicy hint of tropical fruit.
Palate
A dark and rich palate begins with golden syrup, dried fruit and charred oak, then orange chocolate and cassia bark.
Finish
Marmalade with a touch of nutmeg underneath.
