Cuvée Homère Clément
A stunning expression from Clément, made from well-aged, specially selected vintages of rhum argicole from the Martinique distiller's stocks. The name itself comes from the founder of the distillery, Homère Clément. Hugely satisfying notes of oak and smoke, hazelnut and liquorice, demrara sugar and classic agricole rhum grassy hints.

Nose
Big helpings of banana, caramel and wood. Subtle underlying rhum agricole spiciness.
Palate
Brown sugar, liquorice, waxy apple skin, aromatic oak, candied ginger.
Finish
Slightly malty, new leather. A burst of fresh mango give it some freshness.
