Clément VO
A gently aged rhum agricole from Clément in Martinique. Distilled from pure sugar cane juice, this rum spent three years maturing in Clément's cellars, alternating between toasted bourbon and new American oak barrels. Its makers recommend enjoying this in a Ti’Vieux (aka Ti’ Punch) – pour a measure over a muddled wedge of lime, add a dash of cane syrup, and voilà, you'll be instantly transported to the lucious land of Martinique!
