A superb independently bottled rum from Bristol Spirits, produced in 1998 at the long-lost Caroni distillery in Trinidad. The column-distilled rum was filled into bourbon casks to mature, arriving in the UK sometime between 2008 and 2010, and bottled up in 2022.
