One of the best, and most unique Rums I have tasted. Very smooth to sip and beautifully sweet with a touch of dryness. Hints of Melon, Apricot, spices and an almost Chardonnay wine yeast taste which, in my mind, imparts the slight dryness. Beautiful tasting Rum and way too easy to sip. I love it.
