A comforting premium rum from Bacardi's Facundo range, named after the company's founder. Rums aged up to 8 years are blended and then charcoal filtered to remove the colour for aged notes in a silver rum. This may seem like an unusual process, especially to whisky fans, but Bacardi are experts of the art, maintaining plenty of gorgeous character. We love this bottle too, which has a pleasing weight to it. Great in a cocktail, delicious simply over ice.
Straight in with vanilla, marzipan, toffee apples, banana, leafy notes and blossoms.
Smooth and creamy vanilla, coconut, apple, sultana, banana and pepper.
Crisp with some oak spice.
