This impressive rum has been treated to a dozen years of maturation in American oak casks before bottling, imparting a wealth of rich oak and vanilla character to balance the silky, honey-like spirit.
Honeyed dates stewed plums, and wafts of candied citrus welcome the way for rich, resinous wood and oaken spice.
