3 year old white rum from Trinidad, this is distilled in Angostura's 5-column still, and is aged in American oak bourbon barrels.
Creamy and slightly herbaceous. Sugared almonds and citrus blossom.
Leafy mint, white pepper, blueberry and vibrant mango.
Medium length, with lasting lemon and lime sweetness.
Excellent rum, with the "Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt" completely misleading. This is a carribean rum with body of fruit (think banana) and a hint of coconut.

Brought some of this back from a trip to Tobago, lovely stuff. For white rum in the < £20 price bracket this is the best that I've found. It has a much more mellow and rounded flavour than Bacardi and other rums I've tried at this price point. Excellent in a mojito or daiquiri. I weill definitely be getting more of this.
Only use this in cocktails, its better than bacardi but thats not saying much
