At the core of this fabulous winter warmer lies a blend of the very finest high proof Caribbean rum, to which was added creamy Madagascan vanilla and a generous helping of zesty orange peel. A secret recipe was followed, finished with a handful of cassia and cloves and just a hint of cardamom.

A fabulously decadent nose of intense, sweet vanilla and flamed orange zest. The cardamom makes itself known by offering up an evocative suggestion of old-fashioned cola, and to this the cloves bring out a deep, dark complexity. Yet more sweetness with cinnamon, which melds beautifully with essential oil notes of Seville orange peel.
At once a fabulous mix of thick cut bitter orange marmalade and tingling, zinging spices. Hints of Manuka honey and mouth-watering cinnamon form its heart, with molasses, candy floss, toffee apples, crème brûlée and clove-studded oranges.
A long finish, with tongue-prickling spices, and a stunning degree of freshness as cinnamon, orange and creamy, sweet vanilla notes coat the palate for minutes.

this was an impulse buy, and it was amazing.. Drank it neat and enjoyed every minute of it... and i also enjoyed dancing round the campfire after a few glasses of the stuff .. a true pirate.
Does it sh**! This stuff is so smooth, a little ice is all it needs. The flavours are huge. The obvious flavours to me are orange and cinnamon but it's a joy to search for the others. This is one to enjoy with friends. 10/10.
I've just retired from the Royal Navy after more than 32 years, this also coincides with my 50th B'day. My wife's family bought me a bottle of Rumbullion as a gift, Wow was also my reaction, a fitting gift for an old salt like me, delicious!
Just had my first taste and I'm blown away. Normally drink Morgan's but that's history.superb neat, yet to try with ice and coke. Can't wait
