Glorious Jamaican rum, distilled back in 1994 and independently bottled in February of 2021, by the experts at 1423! Brimming with rich estery character, they certainly got their hands on a lovely cask here; there was an outturn of 308 bottles in total.
Grilled pineapples with dark, burnt sugar. Mashed bananas, hints of leathery rubber, sweet oak, caramelised nuts, and tinned fruit.
