Rhum agricole from Martinique, made by Rhum J.M, which grows its own sugar cane for its spirits. The VSOP is aged for three years in re-charred bourbon barrels, then finished in lightly toasted virgin American oak barrels for another year. This adds layers of butterscotch, vanilla and cinnamon.
