Monin Jabuticaba Puree 100cl

An exotic addition to the collection of flavourful fruit purees from French producer Monin. This one is made from the jabuticaba berry. The jabuticawhat you say? It's a fruit that grows in southeast Brazil! The berries grow between 3-4cm in diameter, with purpley blue colouring, and white gelatinous flesh. It is commonly compared to the grape in flavour, earning it the nickname Brazilian Vine. Ideal for all kinds of mixed drinks and cocktail creations.
