Every day we scour the market to make sure our prices are the best around, so it’s pretty unlikely you’ll find something for less elsewhere. However, if you ever do, we’ll beat it.
Just an email letting us know the products you’re looking to buy, along with links to those products at the competitor you’d like us to price match. We’ll compare the full cost of your basket including delivery with how much it would cost on MOM.
Don’t worry if you only notice a day or two after you’ve already ordered with us - we’ll still beat the competitor price by refunding more than the difference.
How it works
If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, email our customer service team as soon as possible with a picture of the price on the retailer’s site and ours at the same time, and we can approve it straight away.
Handy information you should know:
- We’ll price match against any legitimate business retailer on their UK price for the same item at the same time.
- The product being claimed for should be the exact same one on our site and in-stock on both sites.
- We even price match on products that are on special offer already or on membership discounts.
