A Chilean Pisco made from Muscat grapes, resulting in an aromatic, floral and well-rounded spirit, sure to go handsomely in a Pisco Sour. The name, El Gobernador, means "the Governor" in Spanish. The heavily-moustached chap on the label certainly looks like someone you'd refer to as "Governor".

Tremendo Pisco, El Gobernador..!
Great pisco, leaves a track in the memory.... Fresh and citrus, with candied orange zest aromas, white fruit as peaches, lychees and some pear and green apple, some flowers, jazmine and white roses... at the back it has some creamy notes and the freshness of lemongrass... Perfect to mix as a cocktail, the perfect serve is lemongrass and jasmine flowers... beautiful nevertheless
