A Pisco from Hacienda La Caravedo, the oldest working distillery in the Americas (established 1684) and producer of the extremely popular Pisco Porton. There are eight grapes permitted to be used for Pisco in Peru, with this 'Pisco Puro' made exclusively from Quebranta. Around 8lbs of Quebranta grapes go into each and every bottle.
Sugar cane, grapes and cut grass.
Oily, Eat Me Dates, vinous and also corn-like.
Rounded and fairly long.

I'm on my third bottle of La Caravedo Pisco and absolutely love it. Not just for a Pisco sour but also a Pisco martini (where it is allowed to shine with vermouth). Highly recommend.
I absolutely love it. It's so smooth, and a very clean taste. I enjoy the cilantro pisco smash with it. Of course I love Peru!!
My favorite to make Pisco Punch! it makes my cocktail more fun and cheerful. it has a fair medium body that adds a good texture to my cocktail and lots of fruit flavors. I like it's complexity while still delicate, clean and refreshing.
