Help make our dream a reality

We’re tired of the restrictive rules of the SWA (Scotch Whisky Association), so we’ve decided that there’s only one thing for it... we’re going to start our very own whisky region.

It’ll be a place where we’ll push Scotch whisky further than anything in Dr Bill Lumsden’s wildest imagination. We’re talking about single malts made in column stills, strange exotic cereals like, ummm, oats, ageing in non-oak casks, and hell, there might be some botanicals in there somewhere. Because that’s how Scotch whisky used to be before the bureaucrats in Edinburgh ruined everything. Take that pen pushers! In our new region, anything goes, and we mean anything. Except Tequila cask finishing. Cos they always taste crap.

To achieve our dreams and to liberate Scotch whisky, we’re going to build our very own island, and that’s where you come in. We’re going to need money to buy sand, lots and lots of sand, which we’ll dump off the coast of Scotland. Because that’s how islands are formed if we remember our GCSE geography correctly. Hey, it worked in Dubai! It’ll be the island of whisky freedom. You’ll never take our freedom!!

And yes, we know what you are thinking, will our island have its own tartan? And the answer is hell yes, the loudest tartan in Scotland. Think Rodney Dangerfield sports jacket. That loud.

We've created three 'investment bundles' available for you to purchase so you can be a part of this new venture with us. The benefits of these bundles vary from bragging rights to citizenship on our special new island. We've bottled up a special edition eight-year-old single malt from a secret Speyside distillery to help us reach our goal. Every bottle sold will fund one bag of sand for our new island...

To the beaches!

Tasting Notes

Nose

Superbly fresh and fruity with notes of apples and peaches, joined by fresh bread dough, shortbread, sawdust, vanilla pods, and rice pudding.

Palate

Soft and delicate, with fresh fruit salad and a dusting of icing sugar. There are notes of apple, honeydew melon, and soft stone fruits, with a trickle of honey and Anzac biscuits in tow.

Finish

Marshmallow sweetness lingers with soft summer fruits, peach, vanilla ice cream, and buttery oak.

The ultimate investment

Support our future

You don't just have to pledge to one of our tiers above, in the words of a supermarket chain, that we're not at liberty to disclose... "every little helps!" and we mean it. A percentage of each bottle sold will help fund our island expedition.
