This intriguing expression comes from the Saicho range, made with cold-brewed tea. It's a sparkling tipple featuring Hojicha tea from Japan, with gives it a subtly savoury flavour profile, meaning it'll pair rather nicely with meaty dishes, or earthy mushroom dishes.
