Real Minero Mezcal Espadín
A joven mezcal from Real Minero, showcasing the Espadín agave! It's one of the most common agave varieties for a reason, and that's because it's brilliant for mezcal making. There's a good dose of fruit and herbs notes among the richer smoky touches in here – there's lots to unpack, and it's a top sipper simply with ice, though at 53.8% ABV it'll hold its own in a cocktail!
