Ramo de Rosas Madrecuishe 70cl

Agave aficionados will be excited by this mezcal from Ramo de Rosas, produced with the lesser-seen Madrecuishe variety. The agave matured for a generous 17 years before harvesting and was cooked at low temperatures over a number of days, slowly fermented, and double copper pot distilled.
