Julio Martínez's, Quiquiriqui Mezcal’s long-time maestro mezcalero, dedication to replanting and seed propagation keeps this rare species alive, all while nurturing biodiversity. The result is an Arroqueño that’s smoky, savoury, and seriously characterful.
