
From the Mezcal Vago range comes an expression made with a combination of Agave Blanco and Sierra Negra, both of which are sub-varieties of Agave Americana and both of which take rather a long while to reach maturity. The Agave Blanco was grown for 45 years before being harvested and turned into Mezcal - the grower, Salomon Rey Rodriguez (Tío Rey), watched them grow on his land since he was 10 years old!
Spicy and well-rounded with coriander and pepper. Light hints of roasted agave bring a mellow fruitiness to it.
