Herodes Mezcal Artesanal
Every mezcal produced by Herodes is made with the artisanal process, beginning with Espadín agave cooked in a ground oven, crushed manually, and fermented in wood tanks with natural yeasts. It's then double distilled in copper alembic stills to create a delightful example of the spirit.

Very fresh and herbaceous rather than smoky, with some minerality and citrus notes in support.
