Pelotón de la Muerte is a silver Mezcal made using Espadin agave. The name means 'Brigade of Death', named after a group of insurgents during the Mexican Revolution - their flag is also featured on the label.
Aromatic wood smoke, followed by sweeter notes of green fruits (think grapes and kiwis, or grape kiwis (which are a thing now)).
Initially aromas of baked banana from the bottle, this matures into a delicious smoky complex mix of flavours. Great on it's own, almost too good to mix
