Del Maguey have done it again with this funky mezcal made using Jabalí, a rarer agave that's not commonly used as it's significantly more difficult to distil - the little rascal. Jabalí actually translates to "Wild Boar", because the shape of the agave looks like the teeth of a boar.
Bright and vibrant acidity of pink grapefruit, with delicate and sweet violet balanced by savoury herbal notes of tarragon, black pepper and a woody finish.
