Made from 100% cupreata agave, this pechuga from artesanal mezcal makers, Bozal, is distilled three times in a copper pot still. After the second distillation, organic cooked chicken is added to the mix, along with fruits and spices. After marinating for some time, everything is distilled for a third and final time, resulting in a complex, traditional pechuga.
Plenty of clay minerality accompanies smoky agave notes, with layers of tropical fruit, green pepper, and gentle sweetness.
