A very swanky premium mezcal from Bandida produced from organic espadín agave that was 9-12 years matured before it was harvested.
Sweet cooked agave, fresh herbs, dried apricots, and bonfire smoke.
This is honestly one of the best Mezcals I have yet to try. I was skeptical with the price but the quality is excellent- I will most certainly not be throwing this bottle away. I do wonder if Bandida would offer a buy-back scheme on the bottles as they are exceptionally high quality. Bandida Blanco is very smooth with a light hit on the nose (not what I was expecting), creamy almost with hints minerality and I can almost taste lime- I do not recommend this for cocktails, it should be drank neat. Excellent quality Mezcal and one to keep.
