Nose
Red peppers, pine, light smoke and a hint of beef. Toasted bread, too...
Palate
Initial sweetness of caramelised fruit and mint leaf. This is shortly followed by freshly chopped cedar and a little hint of sawdust.
Finish
Lasting apple and pear and another kick of white oak.
