Here we have a traditionally styled mead, a time-honoured tipple which dates back hundreds if not thousands of years, from Lyme Bay Winery in Devon. It’s made in small batches with honey, and bottled at 14.5% ABV. A fab pairing with cheeses.
Full of sweet dessert wine flavours, with a refreshing dryness and full of warming, rich honey, with a hint of honeycomb on the finish.

Always remember to tip the bottle upside down as the honey settles to the bottom of the bottle this way you get a wonderful tasting Mead

I've been assured that this is a TRUE Mead....and its lovely. I keep reading below that some think this is "fake mead", but they do not produce any evidence to prove this.....Until then, I shall always place this at the top of the list. Highly recommended
This mead is amazing. Contrary to other reviews mentioned claiming this is "fake mead", this is not the case. This is authentic genuine recipe mead. Taste is amazing and this is my joint favourite mead along with Moniak mead. Still nice amount of sweetness as I prefer meads to be although slightly less so compared to Moniak. Overall perfectly balanced flavour and goes down nicely.
