Feels like traditional Lyme Bay mead (something I am a fan of) mixed together with Water and a hint of cinnamon; I am afraid this did not do it for me.. I would personally recommend the affiliated Scottish Moniack Mead (also on the website), which is just as sweat but to me is slightly stronger and more balanced with more of a caramelised undertone: Perfect for Christmas!
