This is their Pink Marshmallow Moonshine liqueur, made with sweet potatoes all the way from America, and copper-pot-distilled in the UK.
Lip-smackingly sweet, with hints of caramel and brown sugar. A little touch of cinnamon heat.

Love it. Great aperitif or over ice as cocktail. Could be a little sweet for some, my drink of choice is dry white wine, so don’t pre judge an enjoyable drink any time. Try it you’ll be surprised. Only ever purchased from pop up store, would have it more often but difficult to find.

We bought a couple of bottles of this at a local gin festival. It was delicious. Sweet but not cloying. Will definitely buy again.
