This is the best elderflower liqueur I have tasted! It is fragrant and delicious, but without being overly sticky or gloopy like so many others. I added it to a simple G&T which added a really nice additional layer. Also brilliant in a Collins. But to be honest, you could just sip it all evening, it's that well balanced.
