Truly masterful range of flavours, works well in cocktails but my preference has been to sip on its own out of the fridge or mixed with tonic on ice. Instant delicate fig taste with great mouth feel gives way to a very smooth creamy coconut flavour and then finishing with a hint of white chocolate, range of flavours is impressive and not at all overly sweet as with other liqueurs. Ordered my second bottle. Very beautiful bottle, would make a good xmas present. ”

This glorious tipple comes from London based Parafante Liqueurs, taking inspiration and ingredients from the Calabria region of Italy. Made with fig leaves harvested from the hills of Calabria, it has a wonderful figgy flavour, balanced by a touch of coconut and a sprinkling of white chocolate. A delight sipped neat over ice, mixed with tonic, or in an Italian style spritz!
