
Nusbaumer Crème de Mûres is created by infusing fresh blackberries into eau-de-vie, and then balanced and reduced with water from the Vosges. This water is, it is alleged, of great purity and purportedly gives the resulting liqueur its singular strength. Ideal for berry cocktails, served as a Kir or poured over ice.
