
The first cream liqueur in the Quiet Rebels series celebrates Sarah, who heads up Nc’nean’s bottling operations and is a devotee of all things sweet. This isn’t your average cream liqueur, though. It's made with oats and Nc’nean’s own flagship single malt, and it’s vegan, dairy-free, organic, and decadent to the last drop. Just 2,000 bottles exist, bottled at 20% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered.
Rich crème brûlée, vanilla custard and caramelised sugar, underpinned by spiced honeycomb and a touch of nutmeg. A dusting of cocoa rounds things out.
