A very interesting idea from the folks at Mourne Dew Distillery, a Poitín liqueur, infused and distilled with roasted hazelnuts! The nuttiness balances wonderfully with the flavour of the spirit. Extremely versatile – we think it will work excellently as a digestif, in cocktails, or splashed in coffee!
Strong and nutty with a good sweet balance, hints of creamy vanilla and sweet oak.
